Abstract Submission

The original abstract deadline was April 24. Notifications of acceptance have been sent out, and the Draft Program is now available.

Postdeadline submission for oral presentations is now closed (deadline was July 22). Postdeadline submission for poster presentations is now closed (as of September 10).

Abstract Template

Please submit a 2-page abstract that follows the Word template below in US Letter size. Please follow the formatting guidelines in the file. It should include a brief 200 character maximum Short Abstract at the beginning, which should also be entered in the EasyChair box during the submission process.

Alternately, a LaTeX template for the abstract has also been generously provided by a user.

Submission Instructions

Submission will be handled through EasyChair. During submission, you will be asked if the presenting author is a student, and if an oral or poster presentation is preferred. Even after submission, it is possible to modify an abstract after upload until the deadline.
